... then go to your local pet store and purchase the least expensive fish you can ... [I got small gold fish at $5 for 50 of them]. Take all this home, fill the wading pool to 1/2 way ... dump in the fish ... and watch the fun!

I thought Bertha was going to drown she had her nose underwater for so long! Actually I haven't been able to get Bertha OUT of the wading pool since I filled it up ... Cailea and Ginger are almost as bad ... and the rest ... well they get in there when they can!
The wading pool and fish cost me about $12 ... inexpensive fun for 13 JRT's [and one Phantom the Huge]!
